After much thought and interviews with a few attorneys we decided to hire Kevin Elder at Penny and Associates, Rocklin.
He made the best first impression when he came to our home and spent all the time needed giving us advice and explaining the whole process.
During Covid he kept in contact regularly by phone and emails. Any questions we had he or his secretary would answer promptly.
We would highly recommend Kevin Elder.
He is very knowledgeable and professional and a good listener, patient and kind. We are very happy with his performance in settling our case.
