Poor is not the words i would use to rate this horrible place. I like many women used my hard saved money to secure my surgery, $6500.00 and when i showed up on the morning of my surgery I find out that not only is the facility not open, but Dr Gonzalez and his wife have been arrested and in the placer county jail. They were busted by the feds for there willing mutilation and malpractice. I now have to go through legal proceedings in order to get my money back....

I just want to say that I am very happy with my surgery's results at Advanced Med Spa Center. A friend recommend me there and now a refer all my friend that are interest it in cosmetic surgery. I had breast aug and lipo done about a year ago and today I can say I am very pleased with my look. Dr Gonzalez and all the staff at Advanced Med Spa Center made the experience very pleasent. Thank you guys.

Dr. Gonzalez did an excellent job on both of my surgeries. He did the tummy tuck first and I was so happy with his work that I returned the following year and did my breast implants. Needless to say, I am totally, absolutely, 100% happy with the results and highly recommend him as a doctor who is a true expert in every sense of the word.

I had the best experience at Advanced Med Spa Surgery when i had my breast implants done in April, 2011. The assistance was one of the best, they are very lovely and nice. Dr. Gonzalez did a great job and I'm fully satisfied with the work he did. The recuperation is wasn't that bad at all. After the first couple of days I went back to my regular daily activities.

My whole life I've been teased for being the girl with no chest. All the girls in family have boobs, I dont understand why I didn't get them. I had enough of the teasing and I wanted to look better so I searched for sacramento breast augmentation cause I heard they have the best Doctors in cali. When I set up my consultation with them they were very friendly! Got me more and more excited about it! I go in on Monday to have a bran new me!
