This company thinks they the know the training but you new guards are in L. A not here in Bakersfield California where we didn't get the right training. I had one good boss but I will not say her name. CEED will not help you or train you so good luck to the new guards.

As a former employee it's a HORRIBLE company to be introduced into the private security realm because the owner does have a LAX account(s) that does not require a guard card and they don't drug test for employment. Schedule is not steady but you will make at least $11/hr working 3-4 days a week, 5-6 days if you're lucky. No direct deposit and pay is only 1st. & 15th. of the month. If pay day falls on a Saturday you will be lucky to have it the day before on Friday. Uniforms are cheap and over priced. Go to "Galls" and get your uniform from there.
