Villa De Anza Assisted Living

The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure the residents at Villa are well taken care of. I would recommend this place as this is my home City as well. Villa De Anza will always be a option in mind for future references.

My mother in law was in this facility for a little over a 15 months and it was a huge mistake. The dinning room was always dirty, staff was hard to find and were told they kept quitting. The Director (Taylor) was in the kitchen cooking meals because the cook quit. The air conditioning didnt seem to work and the facility smelled. Some how my mother in laws room had bed bugs in which they sprayed all her belongings with bug spray and dumped her clothes in the south parking lot. I found her bible covered in bug spray laying in a trash bag in the parking lot. I know this is hard to believe that they would treat elderly persons like this, but I have pictures to back it up. The Director Taylor straight lied to family. After being in Law Enforcement for 32 years I would not recommend this place to anyone.
