        Katrina went out of her way to help us get into our first 5th wheel. She and her team were very patient with us, having never towed anything and not even having a truck yet. They walked us through everything we needed to know and made sure we were ready to head safely down the road. Amazing service!

        Lady picked up the phone and was very rude to me. I told her my RV was a 2006. Nowhere on any website does it say a required year they would be interested. She said in a sarcastic tone it was too old and hung up on me
