Purchased a WorkPod (the shed) in September of 2021 that was delivered in January 2022.
The aesthetic of the WorkPod is great and customer service is very responsive but actually making it happen was quite arduous.
Delivery: Having the pod delivered was the first issue, as the shipping company didn't have a forklift, so they were going to drop it off a liftgate (this is >2000 lbs)...except the truck that came for my delivery didn't have a liftgate so they unpacked it by hand for several hours.
Setup: The instructions aren't as tight as they could be but you can work through most of it without a contractor. However, you absolutely need 4-5 people and 2 ladders because several pieces are >150lbs that need to be overhead lifted. Getting each piece flush (so there aren't any leaks) is also very hard because as you pop one piece on the others move, so you're constantly tweaking/pushing them all back to being flush.
Takeaway: I loved the idea of this but would frankly never do it again. The delivery was painful and setting up the pod was also not nearly as easy as marketed. Unfortunately, my pod also looks flush but leaks water every time it rains, so now we're MacGyver'ing roofing on top of it in hopes that helps.

Fully charged for a product that I only received half of the order. So many complaints with this company on Facebook. They are taking people's orders recklessly without considering the customer service consequences and blaming carriers for the delay in delivery. Which is a lie after speaking to UPS. Ask yourself why a company ships using two different carriers?(regardless of location). Why not ship using one carrier? They lied to me and said the carriers are delayed. The carrier said they have not given the package to them. So they don't have it marked for pickup. Wanna know why? Because they likely don't have the product ready. Don't bother calling them, you won't get through. Don't bother with emails or Facebook. Just get cancel your order and if you were charged, have the credit card company reverse the charge. This company is taking more then they can handle and they don't seem to be stopping orders. They care about $ over their customer service right now. So you may or may not get your item. It's a gamble with this company. Wish I read Facebook user posts before ordering with this company. If you can't handle the customer complaints then stop your production so you're not risking the image of the company. Duh!
