Inland Empire Mover's hourly rate is reasonable and movers are fast but, they did not communicate the minimum three hours or damaged claim filing process upfront. After the move I didn't notice the TV stand was damaged right away so when I tried to file a claim a few days later it was denied. In addition, movers will ask for more money if there is a heavy furniture. Overall the service did not meet my expectation.

The Team of three did a great job. Good communication on what items to be moved and where things should go. Wrapped all items very good before moving.

I had 3 guys move me. One was named Leo. All 3 were very professional and listened to my suggestions on certain pieces like my Peloton and adjustable Saatva mattress frame. I think many times people do not do their own research on how certain pieces should be handled. These guys were great and all worked with me. I would recommend them for an in town move.
