We had ADU built behind our home. The owner and his sons seemed to try their best to get things done quickly. Despite the fact that Covid had pushed back the process of getting things done in a timely manner, every contracted worker who came to do their job left piles of trash all over our yard where our kids play. I understand its a work site but knowing children play in the back yard there should be extra precautions when their work day is done to clean up. Not only was work material trash left throughout the months it took to finish, but we also found cigarette butts and empty beer cans. I guess our private property was allowed for them to do as they please. The stucco contractors got stucco cement all over our new vinyl fence. The cement contractors did a very poor job with pits and dips. They also managed to get cement on our main home stucco and even on the windows. No regard for our property while they charged an enormous amount for subpar service. Shortly after the ADU was finished there was a water leak which ruined the entire bathroom cabinet. Thankfully that was fixed and replaced. This just shows the type of work that was being done. Main issue was that they dont communicate well and dont require anyone they contract to be upheld to professional standards of work.

I don't often leave reviews however, I feel compelled to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I received from Maribel, one of the sales agents at Paramount. I am a 1st time homebuyer and finding it difficult in this current market to find housing in my price range. Therefore, I have broadened my concept of what a "home"  could possibly look like for myself and have started to learn about modular and manufactured homes. So I called Paramount to inquire about those types of houses and Maribel patiently spoke with me for 45mins educating me and making sure she answered every question I had as thoroughly as she could to her depth of her knowledge. Although she is a sales agent, she took care to make sure I understood this type of home purchase from all sides. I felt valued as a person and as a dollar sign.
