I have been purchasing patio furniture for years at this location and it became a tradition to shop for our Christmas items as well. The owners have always been great but the experiences that I have had with the owner's son have ALWAYS left me feeling dissatisfied. He is never welcoming and never seems to have more than a one-word answer. It's almost as if we are bothering him.... today, it happened again. Our family knows to buy and support small businesses but when it comes to our patio furniture, we will take our business to someone that appreciates a loyal and longtime customer. (The items in the store have been in their showroom for some time now, it's time for a change) Response to owner: Let me make it clear that your salesperson was as helpful as he could be. I hope that this review will help you remember that even though you wear many hats, it's the Professional hat that is of most importance. I appreciate your apology and if it had been this one instance, I would not have written the poor rating.
