I am being fair here with this review. The staff and owner are friendly and the service is good. I have no complaints about the way the service is run here. My buddy and I had the AYCE dinner. This place restricts you to three serving or rounds of selected sushi. The price was about $35 per person. Not a bad price until you get the bill. They automatically added about  $12 as their tip!!! I had no choice in leaving what I thought was fair. The sushi was not up to par this evening. I say this as the sushi rice was HOT! That is NOT the way sushi is to be made. The rice should be at room temperature. They way it was made was haphazard, sloppy and falls apart easily. It also lacked that sushi taste~ Obviously NOT MADE BY A REAL SUSHI CHEF's hand. The fish was cut larger than normal with the rice at a heavier portion as normal. Tea was served tepid and cold within a few minutes. I would have rated this place as a three had it not been for these defects. The TIP added without permission weighted my decision. A TIP is a gratuity left by the customer NOT added by the restaurant. In my opinion, this is stealing money!! BEWARE IF YOU EAT HERE.
