DO NOT GO HERE. By any means necessary! My boyfriend had gone here & they have horrible service, they are unable to properly explain any forms or fees & are trying to hassle people out of extra money. State return went down $300 after they filled a form out but could not tell us why just that there are random fees. First coming here we did our taxes with the owner & she was great, was actually able to answer questions because she actually knew what she was doing & did not change the price for the service afterwards. Second time coming here they find any reason to raise the price once you walk in, yet cannot provide a reasonable or valid answer, nor could provide answers to what any extra forms were for just the obvious title of this form is for. The owner may know what shes doing but I wouldnt chance your luck with getting stuck with any other girl working there. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Stay safe yall! & dont get ripped off

Cecilia and Nicole are amazing. Always professional as well as knowledgeable. It took them less than 48 hours to fix both my sister's and my health insurance, while other "certified" representatives were unable to resolve it for the past 6 months. As a bonus, Nicole saved us money as well. We just wanted to fix the errors and did not expect to save any money. My grandfather was also helped by this agency. He loved the extra benefits he received from his  insurance that he did not even know existed. Anyone looking to save time and money, should stop here first. Their impeccable attention to detail and their work ethics as well as services are superior to others we dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend!
