        Hello, the Riverside County government is curious to know if you're planning to sell some or all of your land and business someday, or relocate nearby to a smaller land due to automation? A group of investors told me they want to build a new Riverside Chinatown Plaza or boutique "strip" entertainment retail resort in this area, similar to the one in Las Vegas, NV strip, and it's the best location available. This land should be designated as a tourist attraction for retailers/restaurants (where RDO Equipment Co. is now at), plus a new hotel resort building, a pagoda statue, a botanical garden or mini'Burning Man' fireless site, one temple, and one research building operated by UC Riverside. While unofficial, Highgrove is known as the "Riverside Strip," similar to the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, NV, that is waiting for tourists someday. This dream proposal will dramatically transform and reshape the Highgrove and Spring Mountain Ranch area, boost excellent tax revenues for the Riverside County, draw tourists from all over the world, and uniting closer to the UC Riverside campus community. Perhaps not today (or maybe never), but be prepared to receive phone calls from investors and Riverside County government officials, constantly, during the next decade or two.
