        Attitude problems!!! They do what they think is better instead of listening to what I want. My hair is totally jacked on the bottom. This has happened multiple times now with in the last two weeks. I felt she was rushing me and didn’t have time to do a good job. She thinks she’s hot stuff and is so egotistical that she forgot about the customer, me!! Nolan needs to take some classes on how to be a decent human being. She’s cold natured, she rushes, and it’s just not a good overall experience.
