Went to Jack in Box for lunch. Ordered their Chicken grilled salad it came with croutons and dressing fork and a knife. Really happy that they still have salads. All McDonald's don't have their good salads anymore. sad... Happy Jack in the box does.They have 3 or 4 varieties salads.... Yey!!!..

Employees werent even wearing gloves while handling food. Masks seem to be required for employees but were worn under the chin. I understand masks arent comfortable to wear all day but youre breathing your spit all over peoples food and not wearing gloves after handling money is appalling. Then they have music playing so loudly that it can be heard as soon as you enter the drive-thru. This seems to be worse in the morning.

I have a feeling there up charging us I order 2 regular Oreo shakes and it's was 10.10 ....10.10!!!!!! that's impossible and when I ask for a receipt it's broken.....and this is not the first time

Andrea was exceptionally rude and they could not understandxenglish, I guess, as I asked for 2 eggs, bacon and cheese in pita bread. They could not get that simple request and she had the nerve to ask "you can't afford to order a sandwich from the menu" stupid enough not to know it was about my preference and not affordability as I could own a franchise if I wanted. Training...
