This place never answers my phone calls and never answers the MyChart messages I send them. They just leave me on hold for hours on end. I've been trying to schedule surgery with this office since March, and they will not be clear with me about what they need to schedule the surgery. Today alone, I've been on hold with them for nearly 3 hours. I have all of the pre-authorizations done and I've sent all of the approvals for surgery but they keep saying they're missing things that they won't clearly identify to me. All of my doctors are within UCR Health and they should not have an issue with accessing my chart with my information for any questions they might have, but they refuse to. This place is absolutely impossible to work with. They're making my life so incredibly stressful that I've needed to get medical help elsewhere for panic attacks. DON'T GO HERE.

I love Dr. Mallory Stuparich, but whoever was working the front desk staff at the time of this original post around late November was very unprofessional. They called to book my appointment and when I called back they didn't answer or call me back. Then this morning someone from the front staff hung up on me as soon as I said hello. I have to give them a 1 star just for their unprofessionalism on the phone system, but not for their staff once in the office. When I went there in person, they make comments to each other, 'another day another 50 cents.' and laugh. Not a welcoming environment to trust having your surgery from those intermediaries. I changed this from 1 star to 5 star. It is very upsetting to have impatient front desk answer the phone and then hang up if you don't answer immediately after waiting 30 minutes to get a hold of someone. The UCR system for healthcare and women's health should improve their phone system and direct calls to people that can be ready to answer patients' calls more efficiently than what they have going on right now. But I guess it makes sense as it is a small public university and they probably don't have the money to afford the type of call staff the big companies like Kaiser or any corporate credit card company has. Once not dealing with phone hold times, and actually past that point into a visit, the staff is very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable.

My mother is a patient of Dr. Samar Neha . We are so appreciative of her kindness and knowledge. She is a beautiful person inside and out. My mom never experienced a Dr who took the time to sit down with her and talk about her health until she had met Dr. Neha. Dr Cruz is also amazing they are a great team. It makes us so happy to know we are safe in their hands.

There are not enough words to appreciate Dr Neha Im so grateful for Dr Neha kindness, thoughtfulness, knowledge, and professionalism. She helped me when I was the most hopeless.Im so thankful for Dr Neha and Dr Cruz and their amazing team.

I have tried calling for over a week every day waiting 40 mins to an hour at a time to still not reach someone to even make an appointment. Super disappointed!!
