Bad experience they didn't let u see baby like that they just try to hurry u up out there n I was the only person there I tried to ask questions they told me I can't awnser them ask ur OB all they said was babies good

I came back to do an ultrasound. They were just as bad. They didn't know who my doctor was even though my doctor was the one who referred me here. They had told me that Dr. Brar  would review things with me. When I went back out, I had simply asked if that was it for my ultrasound and the receptionist rudely said "then nothing else we need to do" with a really mean attitude. If I have to come back here I'd really rather just skip. I left crying after that appointment and won't rather not come back even if I had too.

Went for my ultrasound and first impression with ladys in the front was awful, they are so rude and dry, like they don't care about their jobs or patients, then they have me waiting for 1 hour to bring me back, once back there, there was people doing their externship which means they are students learning, no body asked for my legal permission for them to be there, so that's one thing they can get in trouble for not having consent from their patients for things like this, then the ultrasound tech did my ultrasound and I didn't get to see Dr. Brar because he was not in on the office for that day so they wanted me to go back a week later to see Dr. Brar and get another ultrasound done AGAIN. Bad experience with this office, I requested to be referred to another specialist... anyways you guys can call your insurances and report practices like this for bad service, sometimes they will loose network with insurances which means less insurances will take or covered this practices, which means less money for them to be in business. Is not acceptable have to deal with rude health care workers who can care less about patients and especially in this field you need to have empathy and love for what you do otherwise look for something else!!

I was referred here by my doctor. After my visit today, I won't be returning! I'm not sure where to begin! All the staff that I encountered were so nasty and rude! I was quite uncomfortable when the ultrasound technician asked me personal questions that had nothing to do with my visit. She rushed through the procedure and my pictures were so horrible! Why was it 4 additional staff members in the room just starring me down? Let's not even talk about how long I waited--it was over 3 hours!

The staff is really awful! I wish my doctor hadn't referred me here. I went to the front desk to check in when I arrived, and the woman was rude enough to tell me to sit down and she would call me when shes finished. After waiting for five minutes, I approached the desk again and asked if I should sign in?? Oh, yes, I'll be with you when I finish this paperwork she said, smh VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I could tell they were rushing to get me out of there because the ultrasound was so quick and made me feel very uncomfortable. ALL the ladies were rude. Lets not get started on the wait time, it was absolutely ridiculous! I was there for over 3 hours! My first visit was horrible, and I have no desire to return.
