I went to this branch to open an account because I finally decided I would give U.S Bank a try and I can say it was not the best experience. I received assistance from the teller Matthew Garcia, who opened my account for me. During the set up of my account I brought in a promotion flier that came in the mail. He seemed confused about the promotion flier and acted as if opening my account was an inconvenience to him. During the process of opening my account I asked him to set me up for e-statements right away, which he did not after he assured me he did. I assume he failed to set it up because he was too busy talking to his colleague about miscellaneous things while in the process of opening my account. Did not like the customer service at all and hope they hire individuals that care about their job in the future.

Location can be found inside of Ralphs store. One atm available and has clerks available for window transactions.

Went in, so my husband could add me to his already EXISTING account. We were told that we had to go back home and come in with two bills to confirm our address. When I called U.S. Bank customer service on the way back I was told by the person I spoke to, and the customer service supervisor, that this was not a normal procedure, especially for an account that had already been open.
