Had an initial issue with it not charging properly cuz my vehicle charges lower than most. Sam had me send it back at no cost to me, upgraded it to a large case and set to put out 14.8 at 600rpm. I'm thankful I chose the right company for the job!

These people switched between the me and female numerous times . Needless to say my initial quote of $380 for a 320 amp alternator ended up being being $440 and was made out to be a liar when the prices were written on my hand clearly so I'd know what to deposit.cant speak for there alternators but will let u know be careful with buying/customer service.was given three different prices and a no call back went I told Stephanie what I was quoted I will DEFINITELY go elsewhere

They were very helpful and fast with responses and service got my alt quickly already got it put in and I'm severely impressed holding my 8k on agms very nicely the idle output is phenomenal so glad a buddy rendered me to autotech

Alternator works great.. And i called and bugged a couple of times to get instructions they helped me out and were very nice about it. Thank you guys great product and great customer service!!!
