I haven't taken a class, I'm just writing a review to respond to Elton Bright lol Elton Bright the school says "You will also be required to volunteer at one of the partner hospitals and complete the 400-hour internship hands-on training". If you've accessed all their material and participated in their program, why should they offer you a refund? I agree that sucks, covid really messed up a lot of things but it would make absolutely no sense to get a refund after utilizing all their resources. Especially since they clearly stated that it would be your responsibility to complete a 400 hour internship. That being said online instruction/virtual instruction seems a bit sketchy to me because the occupation is so hands on so thanks for your input on the instruction quality. A bit weird that this program has been around since 2011 but only has 2 reviews on google (aside from the biased views on the website).

Unfortunately, it hasn't worked out for us. After finishing the course, we were informed that there would be no clinicals ... because of COVID. No partial refund was given or offered. Without the clinicals, there is no job, of course. To make the matters worse ... the course does not really prepare for the national boards. Yes, listening to the lecture, reading the book, and doing the exercises in the workbook is not helpful. The school offers little help in prepping for the actual test. Not even close ... according to the feedback we received after attempting the test. This is not the first vocational course we have taken - so our expectations are spot on. When you speak to the owner (lecturer), ask him for the stats vis-a-vis employment and Boards passing ... and see him squirm.

I have been with CSS since the beginning. It is a great school and definitely give the students value for what they pay for the course. I have researched other schools and they may say they offer the same level of service but they dont deliver. This has been proven by students from these others schools coming to CSS for help.
