Very unprofessional and rude. Lack information to obtain equipment and blame on the doctors. They do not want to give out their names. The guy working there very Aggressive like he wanted to fight. Would not recommend taking your business here unless you want problems.

I see a lot of very negative reviews. I have generally found the service to be acceptable. I don't go there for a social visit, so I don't expect them to be super friendly. I usually find that rude service is reserved for rude customers. I have to resist blaming them for the poor service of their suppliers. I've been waiting a couple of months for some replacement wheels. I called and they are on back order. It must be frustrating to do business with slow suppliers.

Bought a new wheelchair for my grandfather. The staff were very helpful in finding one that worked best for out needs. Businesses like this often only get reviews when things go wrong, so please take all the negative reviews with a grain of salt.

Ive been dealing with this place for a few years now. Theyre the worst !! Ive had many insurance issues and claims being denied for paperwork not being done correctly on there part . Supplies are outrageously overpriced and after waiting months to get supplies (cause I was buying my own out of pocket elsewhere due to the insurance problems I was having with them.) Ive been sent the wrong supplies!! If you are referred here run the other direction.Its bad business!!!!
