Ive been many dim sum restaurants in Bay Area/ Asian countries. It was my first time being in this neighborhood. Not sure about this restaurant, turned out it was a good experience.
Foods were good. Many choices of dim sum. Service was good. Spacious and clean. Parking is limited.
Will definitely come back again if I go to East Bay.

One of the worst Chinese restaurant Ive ever had. The ingredients are cheap quality and very artificial.

Fantastic seafood
The best Dungeness crab I have ever had
And some of the very best shrimp and grouper
Authentic cuisine
Well worth the trip
We benefited from a connoisseur of such food who placed special orders that were not on the menu, but the seafood is there live and kicking prepared on order
as fresh it gets

Came for dim sum and food and service were great. Food came out quickly, and was delicious.
Parking: Small, free one-way parking lot and street parking available. Limited spots, and getting in and out can be tricky due to the location and the busy-ness of the area.
