If I could give a zero I would. I was told to apply to the house that we saw in person, and its still empty to this day. I paid the application fee, and they told me that everyone else living with me had to apply. Only to pay multiple application fees and never hear back. I was told I could transfer my application to another property. That wasn't the case either because all the listings suddenly disappear or require a new application. This place is a SCAM. So I'm an older first time buyer and had six realtors ...when I found Christine she was obviously the most on top of it Realtor. I gave her all of my most important details such as the large garden space. She found me a Beautiful home with 1/4 acre... 7 varieties of fruit trees...with such a giant yard I can now have the small vineyard that I've always wanted. It wasn't but a few days after I first spoke with and worked with Christine, that I called all of those other five realtors and told them that I have chosen "Christine Holt" as my realtor. She Rocks! This was a stressful process and she really made me feel confident that I chose the right person to help me make one of the most important decisions of my life.

Security Pacific has bought & sold several of my properties & has always done an amazing job on both ends. My family has used them as well, and would highly suggest them to anyone looking to do a real estate transaction!!!
