Our family has been taking our beloved ones to Wilson and Kratzer Civic Center Richmond since 2000 (Brother and Parents). They have always treated our family and beloved ones with respect and love.
Darolyn Fox, Karyl Thompson, Joel Garland and Celina Hernandez has treated us with the utmost respect these past weeks with the pasting of our beloved brother Robert A. Harrell Jr., they have provided us with excellent service. I would recommend Wilson and Kratzer to all who need funeral services for departed love one(s).

Karyl Thompson/staff went above and beyond to help my family in our time of need. Great service done efficiently as we mourn the loss of my father Martin. Truly thankful for their assistance, Grateful for good people in the world!
I have attended many services here over the years of friends and loved ones and they have all been done with love and care.

Recently lost my mother and Celina Hernandez was very thoughtful and kind to my family and I during the process of planning my mother's funeral arrangements. She walked me through the process of what I needed to do and made things as easy as possible during this hard time. I appreciate all of her and the staffs help.

I want to thank Celina Hernandez and all of the staff at Wilson & Kratzer mortuary for their patience, sensitivity and attention to detail. Celina always made time to answer questions even when they were short staffed. They also made sure that everything ran smoothly on the funeral day and eased my worries. Celina was there every step of the way to offer support and even a shoulder to cry on. They also created great photos memories and digital options. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Im a bit irritated because someone called me back after 3 attempts to get ahold of someone and asked when my father passed away I told her and she said they dont get death certificates a year after the death and I told her it hasnt been a year.. she was very cross with me and I dont appreciate it.
