My name is Lee.I called Daniel at Elenes Tree service Inc on 5/5/20 To give me a estimate on a Tree trim. Daniel came out that day and gave me a $300.00 estimate which was okay. I ask him when can he start and he said Thursday which was 5/7/20. I told Daniel my main concern was when you’re cutting the tree I didn’t want anything to fall into the neighbors yard because they have lights and the guy is real tiki about his yard. Daniel said don’t worry about it,if we drop anything over there we will go around knock on the door and pick the tree limbs up.On 5/7/20 after they were done I went out and looked at the tree the tree was fine and they left. That afternoon I got a knock on my door from the neighbor in the back of my house. The neighbor told me the guys that You hired drop tree limbs in his backyard and they broke his lights. I told him I was so sorry they were supposed to come around there and clean it up if they dropped tree limbs over there. He said well they didn’t come.Neighbor said that was very disrespectful. I told neighbor to throw the tree limbs over into my backyard and he did. Right away I called Daniel for seven days straight and text him seven days straight no answer because they knew what they had done. Haven’t heard from Daniel or anybody from this company. 5/15/20 Is the day of this review and still haven’t heard anything, don’t answer text or call very very sad. For anybody that wants to see the video of the conversation with me and the neighbor coming over to my house complaining about this company. I have it on my security cameras with audio and video. These guys are amazing! They came right on the dot. Today’s the day before mother’s day and they got the job done just in time for tomorrow. They’re professional and on top of that very affordable. Thank you for your work.
