We’ve had Gloria and her team clean our home several times, and they’ve always done a great job! We’d recommend Gloria and her team to anyone looking for a routine or deep cleaning.

I am very sad to be leaving this review because Gloria is a very nice lady. However, I feel it is important for other people to be aware of possible risks when trusting someone in your home. When Gloria started providing service, I was very pleased and I felt comfortable leaving her and her crew alone in my home. After a couple months, I came home early one day and parked out front and waited in my car as i noticed they were finishing up and I didn’t want to be in their way. Suddenly a small child (that was not with them when they arrived and I let them in the house) came out of my front door. It was concerning to me considering we are in a pandemic, we have family going through chemotherapy and a child of 3-4 years old cannot be as careful as needed to stop the spread of a potentially lethal virus. I had hoped it was an isolated incident and I didn’t say anything. When I came inside, I noticed that the toys in my daughter’s playroom had been moved all over her playroom and had obviously been used to occupy her rime for the 2-3 hours while cleaning. I was not happy but didn’t say anything as I was a single mother and know what it’s like to be in childcare bind and assumed that was the case. My mistake. The weeks that followed, they brought 2 little girls with them. Each time, my daughter’s playroom was clearly used for their entertainment. The last time they came just before Christmas, when they pulled up I saw that they had once again brought the youngest little girl with them. I went and closed the playroom door, indicating that the room didn’t need cleaning. As is the case with all the other doors that are left closed- the area is not entered or cleaned. We, again, have family going through chemotherapy and we were quarantining before Christmas in order to be able to spend the holidays together. When I arrived home, I was absolutely shocked. The playroom door was wide open and little girl had left a HUGE MESS in my daughter’s playroom. Toys were taken out and scattered everywhere, drinks left on her wood furniture and she had even broken some of my daughter’s Calico Critter toys. My daughter was in tears as they were special gifts she had received from loved ones many years ago. Needless to say, the last thing you want to find after your housekeeper leaves, is a mess and broken belongings. I sent Gloria a text to let her know that I was very upset. She apologized and assured me the children would no longer be present for cleaning. Reluctantly, I decided to give her another try. Suddenly, she decided to raise the price for service even though she had told me that service every 1-2 weeks was $110. Now she wanted $130. I was floored. One would think after damaging someone’s property and they still decided to give you another chance, that would be the last thing you would say. Lesson learned. Again, Gloria is very nice but unless you have cameras, you may want to stay home while services are being performed on your home. She also snapped the handle off of an appliance in my kitchen and never mentioned it. Service: Standard clean
