        When I dropped off my sewing machine, the gentleman at the desk tried to help me look for a quick fix but when it was apparent my machine's problems were more complex, he very kindly explained what he thought was wrong and taught me how to better take care of my machine in the future. A couple weeks later and I've picked up the machine and it works like a dream again! Thank you so much everyone at Ralph's Vacuum & Sewing Center! Back to sewing I go!

        Went in and purchased a brand new Miele C3 and he didn't have the exact model I wanted, so he literally swapped parts out for me, then proceeded to give me a discount on the parts.. what a great guy, knowledgable, easy going family style business .. pleasure to work with.
