Unfortunately the downside of running a small independent business is that you can't catch everything. We take pride in the quality of work we do here and I accept that accidents do happen. We carry that pride in our mistakes as well and always own up to them and also offer solutions of any wrongdoing. We are human, not perfect. The same goes with customers vehicles. New or old. Being experienced for several decades in this field we know for a fact that there are vehicles in show room floors with defects from the factory which were either caused or overlooked from people like us on the assembly line. We will make effort on inspecting customer vehicles more thoroughly moving forward. We will also make efforts into updating our database and equipment to have less difficulty running transactions via debit or credit card and make invoicing jobs more efficient.
