Active In-Home Therapy

I worked with Active In-Home Therapy for 3 1/2 years with Saili and one of the things I loved about working here was the flexibility and understanding that Saili brings to all the therapist that work under her. There were times where I couldn't take a patient due to my work schedule and Saili would ask once and move on to the next therapist that could be available. The communication, support of the team and leaders, and quick responses have been some of the best highlights working with the company as a contract physical therapist assistant.

I was extremely fortunate to have Annette as my in-home PT therapist! Shes an expert in so many areas of physical wellness from which I benefitted immensely , excelling in confidence and strength thanks to her hyper vigilant attention to detail and form. Annettes true professionalism and enthusiasm in her work are rare qualities to find; your organization should be grateful to have her.

It really has been a pleasure being an employee of Active In Home. I began working with this company last fall although I wish I found this company when I came to California back in summer of 2018 because it would have saved me a lot of stress from other agencies I have worked for. Saili, the Executive Director is very involved in every case and responds promptly whenever I've had questions or concerns. I'm not sure how she is able to juggle everything, but she does an amazing job! I'm only leaving this company because my Husband and I are moving out of the State, otherwise I'd be more than happy to continue working with this incredible team.

I had a great time working with Saili. Unfortunately, I need to move out of state. She Effectively communicates with her staff. She Shows a sincere interest in her employees and the solutions to their problems. And she Is highly respected by employees for sharing concerns, problems, and opportunities.

I really appreciate the collaboration and support offered at Active In-Home Therapy. Not only is the staff thorough and great at communicating, but they also go above and beyond to make sure patients get the utmost best care. They make sure patients get the resources and tools needed to achieve independence. They also put in the time to create detailed exercise programs accessible for patients' use. The staff is always kind, calm, and collected even in unpleasant situations. In addition, management is very understanding and empathetic of their employees. The executive director, Saili, is extremely responsive, reassuring, and encouraging. It's such a pleasure to be on a team with her and other staff members, who offer multidisciplinary and wonderful care!
