Wow!
I contacted Camex by phone with a sense of urgency as I had a project that required a quick turnaround in San Francisco with several unknowns and myself not being able to be on-site to guide the process at all. Angel contacted me back within minutes and I gave him the scope of the project which was to disconnect utilities from 3 shipping containers (water/sewer, gas, electric), as well as remove a large metal ramp, some container bolts, and some pipes that were in the way of being able to move the containers. This work required a licensed and insured contractor and someone I could trust to keep in communication with since I was coordinating everything by phone with the customer. Angel immediately went to work by taking the initiative to drive to the site, coordinate with the customer on-site directly to get a walk through, assess what was needed, and provide an estimate which he did all within a few hours of my request. Amazing! He also sent me all the Certificate's of Insurance required by the customer along with the estimate. He was my guy! I met up with him the following day to provide a deposit on the job, and we got it scheduled for the next morning.
The best things about Angel are his communication, flexibility, and his integrity. He provided updates every step of the way. He texted me pictures as the job progressed, worked directly with the customer as much as possible which saved me time, and ALWAYS responded promptly to my dozens of text messages, emails, and phone calls (even on weekends) during this process. When the project was delayed by a few days due to issues on the customer's end, he adapted and worked with the new schedule. When asked to go back to fix a couple of small things that weren't in the original scope, he jumped on it and didn't charge extra. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Camex, ...you should definitely give them a call if you need help!
