Bad service all around. They were scheduled for 11 am, postponed til 230 and didn’t show up until after 3 (when I called). I had remodeling done and explained this and that I needed them to focus on floors, the new bathroom and dusting. I’ve spent the last 3 days cleaning what I paid them to clean ($450 too), everything is still filthy. The first thing they did was start emptying out my fridge and I had to stop them and explain again that was not at all what I wanted. No idea what they did for 2.5 hours as visible dirt still on the floors, etc. Would not recommend. Services: Deep clean, Standard clean

The two ladies that did the move-out cleaning for my rental property did an excellent job. They arrived before I did, and I went over everything that I wanted done. They were done right on time, and did a very thorough job and addressed everything we had initially discussed. I will hire them again.

Beware. This company is the most unprofessional, disorganized cleaning service I have ever worked with. I hired them to clean a property the day before an Open House. The day of, they called to say they couldn't make it at the 11AM appointment time, could they come at 5pm? I said sure that would be fine. Then at 5pm they called to say the crew cancelled and they couldn't come. They said they would be there Monday at 11am. Guess What? Yep, they called to say that the 11A crew cancelled and a new crew would be there at 5p. Then at 5pm I get a call from a nice women who said she would be late and could she bring her baby? What? Clearly this is not a reputable cleaning company but rather a broker who outsources to various individuals. Buyer beware! Services: Deep clean, Moving clean

We just finished having over 2000 square feet of our hardwood floors resanded and refinished. There was a lot of dust everywhere in our home, and I was able to get a team to our home 2 days after my request. The team was very thorough, polite, and finished quicker than the estimated time. I am extremely happy with the results - clean windows, walls, trims, cabinets, floors, and bathroom! If I ever need a post-construction clean-up professional or just a thorough deep cleaning I'll be sure to use this service again. Also, the phone representatives were very polite, helpful and informative. This is a class act company.
