never got my product that i ordered...and after 6 weeks they canceled my order. wish i had seen these other reviews before attempting to use them. Worst ever

Never shipped order. No reply from seller after inquiring about an update 30 days after recieving the automated order confirmation email. Stay away from Interguide / Allfordentist

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE AND ORDER FROM INTERGUIDE. I ordered from Interguide because they had a hard to find item on their website. I received the item which was incorrect. When I tried to return it, there was a 20% restocking charge, I had to pay to send it back, and I lost my initial $12 in shipping fee for an item that weight 1/4 of a pound. Every other dental supply company I have ever done business with has sent me a return label free of charge and refunded me the total amount as long as it was within 30-60 days. Interguide just does not understand what good customer service is and how to do business.

I wish I had seen those reviews before I placed the order. They have another website which is allfordentist.com and that is where I placed my order. They do not take any responsibility for what they sell online. I did not get the right product I ordered and they just told me to call the other dental supply because it was the other dental supply who sent the product. They said they do not even know what I got. I feel like I was scammed. Do not do business with this company!
