John worked on the project to refinish the majority of my house and to put hardwood in my family room. I called him due to the history many I know have had with him doing an exceptional job. I expected him to be out of my price range but I wanted advice I could trust on patch vs. replace work. I was beyond surprised that his bus was exceptionally reasonable and lower than expected. The final product is way beyond my wildest expectations. The floors are beautiful. I could not possibly recommend him strongly enough. 10 stars!!!

It does not get better. I have worked on floors myself and the work John did for us is top notch and much better than other installer finishers. Outstanding work ethic and work quality. Very pleased as you can tell.

John and his father installed hardwood floors in my kitchen and family 33 years agoLast week he installed hardwood floors in my hallway right next to the 33 year old floorsYOU CAN HARDLY TELL THE AGE DIFFERENCE!!My floors turned out perfect. John is not just your neighborhood go-to for all things floor but he's a true friend ... not just a local biz. I asked if he could come take a look at our floor installation which resulted in gaps between the planks. He prioritized the visit as he had many appointments the very day I reached out. Then he read a long inspection report the flooring vendor shared after they sent a consultant to confirm our installation was done correctly. He also gave us some floor care solution to try without taking a penny. I wished I had known about John before I hired this other third rate contractor. You live and learn but my interactions with John tells me he would be a trustworthy vendor. He's kind and truly wants to be help. Wished the world had more John Paulazzos  -- we would all be better off. Thanks for everything, John!

We were referred to John via Nextdoor.com and then checked Yelp reviews too. John was responsive to our call and was here within 2 days to provide an estimate. As soon as we opened our front door, he looked at our floors and told us how thick they were and the approximate year the floors were installed. He provided a timely and competitive quote and we liked him immediately. Our floors were a challenge and John worked extremely hard to make them absolutely beautiful. He is a true professional and a master craftsman, the likes of which are rare these days. He called if he was to be a few minutes late... who does that?  John does. We couldn't be more happy with our floors and are very happy to have met John.  Aside from the fact that he brought our floors to life in a way that we can actually see the beautiful grain, John is truly a great guy.  I would highly recommend him to anyone for your floor refinishing project or new floors!  We did get other quotes and are very glad we chose John. Thank You John!!!  I wish I could give 10 stars.
