Joseph has no time for his clients, he takes several weeks to respond, and lets you know that its not the end of the world that your case is delayed, because he has other cases that take priority. He reminds you that the price he charged is Pennies compared to what others would have charged and expects you to wait until he gets to you. I dont know that Joseph knows what professionalism is as his tone in emails is snappish.

Joe has advised me on numerous issues (personal injury, premises liability, employment, auto/ motor vehicle accident, damaged property over the last 7+ years, and he has been absolutely above and beyond professional, responsive, effective, helpful, and kind.
Whenever I hear of family, friends, or clients who have been injured, I always confidently give them Joes information because I know they are in good hands with him. Hes very straightforward. If he can help, he will. He gives sound advice and is very efficient and thorough about knowing what to do in various situations and proactively handling the important issues.
After 7+ years of working with him on various issues, I extremely highly recommend Joe.

A well-reviewed attorney in Palo Alto referred me to Joe & spoke very highly of him, saying he consistently takes on challenging cases & has a long track record of success with such cases, especially in personal injury & family law. There are a lot of attorneys in the bay area, & it was clear that other attorneys recognize his legal abilities & respect him. I was injured & was getting the run-around & being treated very unprofessionally FOR MONTHS by the company (& their insurance company) that was responsible for my injury. Once I began working with Joe, their demeanor changed IMMEDIATELY. He helped me with my personal injury case... because of him, I got EXTREMELY FAVORABLE RESULTS... & FAST. I was very impressed. Joe is very effective, knowledgeable, & efficient. He is an experienced trial lawyer and has taken many cases to jury verdicts.
