Neil Vanni and his team are by far the best contractors I've worked with. He did several large projects in my home, gutted 2 bathrooms and remodeled, built a wall in one of them, replaced all interior doors, reworked a ceiling in one room and put up a giant wall of shiplap. He is lightning fast and a perfectionist. I've lived with his work now for well over a year and its as stunning and perfect as it was when it was completed. He's the kind of person that you look for other projects for him to help with after he's done, he's so good!

Neil and Mike have remodeled two bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, our living room and kitchen over the past 22 years. Last year we had them add on a family room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and storage room. They are such great guys. They are so knowledgeable and have such integrity. They have always kept our projects on track with as little disruption to our life as possible (we stayed in our home during the construction).They kept us informed so we always knew what was going on. We enjoy their company. We would not have been able to go forward with a project this big without having the trust and confidence that we had in them. It was amazing to watch the progress each day as the work was completed. Our new addition is beautiful. We thank them for that.

Neil Vanni came to me on the recommendation of a neighbor and I have now used his services twice with outstanding results. He is on time, constantly communicates the job status, true to his estimates, courteous - what more could you ask for?!? He is a perfectionist in a world of sub-par contractors!The first was to chase down a roof leak that was damaging an internal wall. He quickly identified an improper flashing and sealant used and quickly repaired. This was the third time I have called upon so called experts such as leak detection, original contractor, etc. and Neil fixed it quickly and in one try.The second time was to help with a major pipe repair where a subterranean water line had broken under a slab foundation. Once the leak was detected and isolated, we had NO idea how to reasonably repair. Multiple solutions were provided, with estimates for each possibility. In the end he saved us thousands over what was already going to be a major home repair.I would note that some customers may be put off by his availability, but I see this as a HUGE asset. He doesn't stretch himself thin by working on too many projects so when he does start on your project, it is done quickly and professionally, with minimal disruption to your daily lives.

I must admit to being impressed which isn't easy. Neil was focused, thorough and a perfectionist. I admit I can be a bit difficult. My office represents me and you are trusting someone with your space, let's face it. You want it the way you want it and done right. Well these guys did it, all the while keeping me up to date till the end. They focused on my project alone til it was done. Therefore it was done when they said it would be done and beautifully so. Perfect! Thank you gentlemen.I was able to tour a home they had recently finished. The owners wanted to proudly showoff their home so they had an Open House. My job was nothing compared to this. The owners were so pleased they were already creating another project for them. If you want High Quality work done right these are you men. Honest, straight forward and friendly. I know I will be using them come future projects.
