Don came over last summer after our puppy had been vomiting on the white carpet in our rental. Whereas one other company said they could only come in a few days, Don made time that day. When he got here, he looked at the stain and explained how we should just use some Nylac and then use a white washcloth to absorb the stain. It worked perfectly, and he charged us nothing. Knowing this trick has saved us a ton of stress and we are super appreciative! Service: Pet stain and odour removal

Don did a fantastic job with a carpet that was overdue for cleaning (my/COVID's fault). Truly a craftsman, you can tell he takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. He was flexible and responsive. I'll be using him again, no question!

Spoke to Don by phone to get a quote. He was transparent with his pricing and quotation. His finish work of replacing the carpet was a smooth process with no hassle. If I have any future carpet cleaning or replacement, I will be contacting Don first.

Don's the guy when it comes to obsessive carpet care. He made time for me in a busy week on short notice to stretch and clean a 3-year-old cheap-ish Home Depot carpet in my rental condo. He had a tough time getting the stains out of the carpet but persevered, literally spending hours to get it looking brand new. It's hard to find someone that takes such pride in their work; 5-star service all the way. Highly recommended for carpet sales, stretching, and cleaning.
