I wanna say before you read this that I hate leaving reviews so you know I’m not bsing and I’m leaving picture proof of the garbage I just experienced. The customer service is trash here. I called to clarify a question about my order and left the conversation thinking we’re on the same page with an order confirmation text and everything. Then when it was past my delivery window and I called, they wanted to say they thought I canceled my order and then additionally say if I wanted my purchase it would be $100 delivery minimum to deliver to my area which was literally NEVER specified before both on the phone or online when I literally plugged in my address. Don’t waste your time here they probably to stoned to even do their job right.
