I had a great experience with Towne Auto Body on a paint repair. They matched the paint to factory spec and the finished product came out looking like new. The repair was completed in good time and Frank and Brandon kept me updated as we went. I highly recommend this shop.

My bosses vehicle was taken to this auto body for repairs. Without knowing it sat on their lot for 4 weeks not being repaired. I didn't realize this because no one bothered to call us. Apparently, they did have enough workers to work on the car. We ended up having to take the car to another body shop to work on the car. So unprofessional that no one bothered to call me or my boss. My boss had to rent a car during this time which the insurance would only pay for 4 weeks. Now she was not able to rent a car while the vehicle was being repaired by another body shop. It took 2 week to go through the insurance and finally have the car move to another shop. Towne Auto first said they would send us a check for the car rental, then they said they would send us 1/2 of the amount. We still haven't received a check from them.
