When you call, the recording says you can make an appointment on their website. WHERE is the website. THERE IS NO ACTIVE WORKING WEBSITE. When you call their LOCATION ON WESTWOOD BLVD. They never pick up. They RUN BOTIQUE Hours.. They are NOT THERE ON FRIDAYS. I was there to pick up a prescription once, and two of the staff AT THE FRONT decided to turn off the phones so they don't have to answer them. THEY WANT TO BITE YOUR HEAD OFF when you aak them a question,, or they MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH YOU when you enter, and TOTALLY IGNOR YOU for sometime letting just stand there in pain. They have no consideration and empathy for the patients calling and NEEDING MEDICAL HELP. None of the doctors are doing anything about this. Very Sad

Theres a new pediatrician lady (white lady) at integrated medical clinic at Redondo beach office, who has a terrible attitude! This is the first time seeing this doct. Which I did not bother to ask for her name as I am not interested on going back.. I do not recommend parents to take their kids here..

I am relatively new to this clinic but I highly recommend Dr. Roberts. She is a general practitioner but also does women's health. I'm highly impressed at her level of friendliness and professionalism; it is one of the best I've seen in the medical field. She is honest about healthcare but presents it in an understandable way to work with the patient. I hope that I can keep seeing her once my insurance changes.
