Medical Accounting Service is fantastic. They are so good I actually look forward to doing my taxes every year, which is really saying something!Every time I go there, they offer me a cup of coffee, which is just a small sign of the high-level service they provide there. I never feel rushed there when seeking advice, and they have provided really good ideas over the years that I would never have thought of.

Joe Hohm helped me setup my corporation with guidance and ease. Very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I have now been working with this company for over ten years. Cannot recommend them enough for tax returns and corporation setup.

I used an accountant from Medical Accounting Service to do my taxes for 2020. We started this process with our accountant Matthew Marshall months before the due date and everything seemed fine. As the deadline approached and hadn't heard anything, I started reaching out about the status of my return. Each time I was told it was on track and everything was moving along fine. The few weeks before the due date, I was even told it was finished. More than once I was told to "expect it within 24 hours" and each time no call or email showed up. The excuses I heard were "I wasn't in the office this week" and "it's the IT department's fault". I had to call the main office number to get a hold of Matthew on the afternoon of the LAST DAY before taxes were due. He was laughing when he told me they were overwhelmed and "maybe I should find another accountant", then hung up on me. Apparently waiting until the very last day to tell me he didn't do my taxes was his idea of comedy, however it wasn't very funny to me. Medical Accounting service and particularly Matthew Marshall have now left me with no time to find another accountant. I was lied to about my tax return for months and have no idea why. I am shocked to have been treated so unprofessionally. Do yourself a huge favor and AVOID Medical Accounting Service.
