Beaver Urgent Care Center - Redlands

My mom is having here 2nd surgery on Friday

Was turned away last night. My child tested positive over a week ago and still had a cough and some congestion. He was not in distress at all, but very uncomfortable. I brought him to the redlands urgent care to make sure his lungs were still clear and check for possible ear infection. They triaged over the phone, put me on hold to tell me they can not provide him the level of care he needs and take him to the ER. I would like to know how can you make that assessment with out seeing him first. If your going to turn away patients because they previously tested positive just say so at check in instead of wasting my time outside the waiting room.

I appreciate the care these professionals have provided the times I have been seen. They were able to take care of my cut with stitches one time, and another they fixed my finger after it was smashed against a piece of metal. Their level of care and compassion makes me appreciate the work they do. Their level of excellence should be recognized and I wholeheartedly appreciate them
