I contacted Rosewood Apartments to schedule a tour and Jonathan was able to get me in same day! He was very friendly, welcoming, and thorough in his tour. He was happy to answer all the questions I had and didn't rush me like other complexes did. I was very impressed with how clean and well kept the grounds were and how nice the apartments looked inside. This complex is definitely one of my front runners right now. Very pleased with my overall experience here so far!

Rosewood Apartments: Mixed Experience Overall, my experience at Rosewood Apartments was somewhat mixed. While the maintenance staff was responsive and professional, there were several drawbacks that detracted from my living experience. * Limited Parking: Parking was a major issue, with frequent congestion in the area I lived in. * Unremarkable Amenities: The amenities were standard and nothing special. The in-unit washer and dryer were a convenience, but too small for my needs. * Noisy Location: My unit was located near the 10 freeway, resulting in excessive noise. * Safety Concerns: The neighborhood had a transient problem, with people digging through trash cans and lingering around the property at all hours. I felt compelled to call security on multiple occasions. * Thin Walls: The apartment walls were very thin, and I could hear almost everything from my neighbors, making it difficult to maintain privacy. Considering these factors, I believe the rent of $2350 per month for a studio apartment is overpriced. I would recommend exploring other options if you prioritize a quiet, safe, privacy and amenity-rich living environment.

Come for a visit and apparently you need to have a resident to register your license plate, under as visiting in order to visit one of your family members or anybody you're visiting inside the apartment. One of my sisters parked underneath the shed, and it showed no numbers on the floor. the manager, She could have given us a warning or in a nicer way by NOT TAKING A PICTURE OF THE LICENSE PLATE!!! And she could've been more professional about this small situation, stating "next time don't park underneath" but I felt threatened when she is telling me they're going to tow the car. Most of them are either unmarked or faded, and it has very small numbers displayed on top I couldn't even tell cuz it was so small and it was blocking my view either if it was a visitor's parking or a residence. Never coming here again, the manager apparently took pictures of the license plate and marked it as priority for being towed if I come there again and it's in the system. I hate this place. Don't rent it or don't even go near it, the manager is a big meanie She is very rude, her attitude, and very unprofessional. If you're going to visit anybody and those apartments, let them know about the car, the model, the license plate, and put it under as visiting/ a visitor. Look at the parking lot. Be very careful where you park. It's very LIMITED especially VISITORS
