Very upsetting that the offer of buy today sleep tonight is not actually what you get even when you spend up to $10,000.00 on a high end bed. We waited 7 days and then 3 more days because the bed frame was not working. We then went in to switch to the split mattress and again waited over a week for delivery. Once delivery was set up for a special time frame we were told once again they could not deliver again. Then they showed up at a random time not specified and wanted to charge us an additional fee for re-delivery. I could hardly contain my laughter. Marcos was very shady in making our delivery times and I will never ever shop here or recommend to anyone.

Do not buy from this company. Pictures attached. Filthy soiled mattress, shoddy pseudo-box spring, and cheap bed frame sold as a "Deluxe. Delivery man THREW! mattress from front of the truck to the back for unloading. When called out on it co-worker answered "We're softening it up for you." Sales and management lies about everything from their titles, to their efforts to "make things right", to blaming the other department, and finally attacking the character of the customer. Horrible 2 week saga with "courtesy" refund but wrongful undisclosed $89.00 charge for pick up of their mess (not a 120-day comfort issue).

I got a great bed and have not slept that well in years. Delivery was on time and the set up was quick. They let me take my time and listened to me. They had other recommendations ready based on what I told them. They had better pricing than Living Spaces! Great job!
