WoodSpring Suites Redlands San Bernardino

This could be be a very nice extended stay if it had the appliances included coffee maker coffee mugs,pots,pans,silverware and drinking glass included these you can purchaseat the front desk for quadruple the amount it would cost in the store.they state it would drive up the prices but I've stayed at other extended stays and the price around the same or cheaper and better. There's a lot of people hanging outside some shady looking character it got loud around 2am with yelling screaming people. Front desk staff clearly tired of the guest it attracts, reservations line doesn't have a clear understanding of booking procedures or pricing and hardly answers. I wasn't aware of these items not present in the room until I got there and there was nothing to cook or eat with and it was late so had to go spend more money and purchase a meal. Never will stay here again.

The rooms was nasty hair all over the place ! The WiFi Wasnt working the guy who was at front desk told me to call the number in my room because he was going to lunch! Poor! Poor ! No soap the floor was nasty
