Listen to the reviews do not go to these people. They will give you a quote for thousands of dollars of work in the meantime will not do any preventative work unless you pay for the highest ticketed items. They also do not have a digital system so if you go to one location, good luck accessing your records at another one I did not listen to the reviews and went into the office and found that this was 100% my experience. If youre looking for low-cost dental work, I am told that the Loma Linda student dentistry office is the way to go

Really liked the dental hygienist. Appt was for 850am. They changed hours without notifying me so I sat in the parking lot for awhile. Then still got started late. Thought I should have been the first person called in. Plan on a 2-3 hr visit for a cleaning

RUDE AND UNEDUCATED STAFF. TAKES YOUR MONEY AND REFUSES TO ADMIT THEIR MISTAKES. OFFICE MANAGER WAS GIVEN INSURANCE EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS SHOWING PATIENT PORTION AND STILL REFUSED TO RETURN WHAT WAS OWED TO PATIENT. PATIENT WAS OVER CHARGED COPAY AS PER EOB AND NOW PATIENT HAS TO FIGHT FOR HER MONEY SHE'S OWED. THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD GO TO A PRIVATE DENTAL OFFICE NOT A CORPORATE OFFICE. LET ME TELL YOU THE DIFFERENCE , PRIVATE OFFICE ACTUALLY CARE FOR THE PATIENT. IT'S DR. NAME AND REPUTATION. CORPORATE OFFICE, DR'S COME AND GO, ITS ALL ABOUT VOLUME,COLLECTIONS AND PRODUCTION!!!!!!! I'VE WORKED IN THE DENTAL FIELD FOR 26YRS AND ITS SO SAD TO SEE BIG CORPORATE OFFICES PUT THE MONEY BEFORE PATIENT CARE. I HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR TO BE ABLE TO POST BUT REDLANDS OFFICE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE THAT THE WAY THEY TREATED MY FAMILY...
