I was going to inspect the house that were in process of buying. I decided to get someone in this line of business This company did a great job and found several issues that I would have not found. Im always not trusting situations when it comes to hiring people like this but I got lucky this company is can be trusted

I think Jason will be my go-to inspector from here on out. He's thorough, understands what are truly red flag items vs. mandatory call-outs, communicates clearly and is willing to answer any questions during and after the inspection. He's very professional, responsive and courteous.

Jason responded to us very quickly, scheduled the inspection with our agent and kept in touch with us regarding our inspection date and times and payment for his services. Then when we met on our appointment day, he was on time, very professional and spent several hours going through the inspection. He also spent time discussing everything with us before he left the house and by the time our inspection was over we had a really comprehensive idea of what the house needed and would need in the future. I really liked the format he used to photograph and describe all the details in his report. We could not be happier with his services and his pricing was really great!

Jason was so great. Hes incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. We are first time home buyers and he specifically recommended we attend the inspection. He was very thorough and took over an hour just on the exterior of a relatively small house. He answered all of our questions and didnt seemed bothered at all whenever we asked what he was looking at. He took the time to explain everything, and was careful to point things out to us that we would have glossed over. He had no problem walking us around the house to address any of our questions. We might have gotten a bit too chatty with him and spent a lot of time discussing options for repairs, and when he could have just said ok thats our time, he spent an additional hour past our appointment time to wrap up the inspection and answer any remaining questions. We got the inspection report within a few hours and it was so thorough with photos and even links to find plumbers/painters/roofers etc. when he noted repairs might be needed. We would recommend him to anybody and will only use him in the future, hes more than worth the money and he takes his job very seriously.
