Guild Mortgage Company - Closed

We wasted an hour and a half in a meeting with Bruce from guild mortgage company only for him to completely ghost us. We never got a phone call back after the meeting where he told us he would speak with his underwriter about some details of our loan. Very unprofessional. We are now working with Jolie from Change Home mortgage company-she is amazing and approved us within an hour!

I have done a few loans with Heidi Meeks and trust her with my financial needs. She has processed a refinance and two home purchases for me over the years. Her processors are also very efficient and knowledgeable about their job. My last loan was a breeze with the new electronic signing process.

Bruce Preston of Guild Mortgage is really an excellent, first rate loan consultant! I very much appreciated how he worked extra hard to get my credit reports straightened out. A lot of other agents mightve just told me I didnt qualify but Bruce went above and beyond what I expected with coordinating changes to my credit reports which allowed me to qualify for the re-finance on my home to a lower rate and with cash out for home improvements. I highly recommend Bruce for your house financing needs. I mean this sincerely, you will not be disappointed with his efforts to get you the best financing. Thank you Bruce!
