Stay far away. Youd be better off taking your chances with a flesh eating bacteria and MRSA in the ER than coming here. After about a three hour wait we werent seen by a doctor but a Nurse Practitioner. This should have been the first red flag. After a prescription was written by Mr. Anonymous doctor, we were discharged. A few minutes later we recieved a phone call about the bill. Clearly no due diligence was done for the bill. If they had contacted the insurance they would have known we have met all of our deductible and were at an out if pocket maximum. When they were informed of this they said they would look into it and call back. At the call back a few minutes later we were given a different amount which was still not correct. Obviously an attempt to collect money without waiting for the insurance to pay. Lucklily my wife and I know this and never pay anything without an explanation of benefits from the insurance company. Fast forward, an hour or so, and we contacted our pediatrician (initial visit was for an infant) the pediatrician was extremely concerned about how the medication was prescribed and told us to call back immediately and double check this info. When we said the pediatrician asked us to confirm we were met with immediate hostility, how could we peasants have the audacity to double check and ask to confirm the prescription! Needless to say stay far away from here if you care about your health.

After losing 25 pounds in under 2 weeks, plus other symptoms. I tried ti see physician. After play phone tag all day long. They told me they would see me.

Mother in law registered online for Telemed visit, the physician's assistant called to get info and to say doctor would be calling and hours later the doctor never called and they closed.  Epic fail.

After being told, over the phone, not to schedule my sons sports physical on line, just simply walk in. My son and I sat for an hour and half while other people who registered online for their physicals came in after and were seen before us. Upon my inquiry as to why an employee then proceeded to give me attitude for not registering online after being told explicitly not to?! To say this experience was frustrating is an understatement. And, for the love of all things sacred, make sure you register online or else your day will be blatantly wasted.

Hilltop medical clinic was the worst medical service I have ever experienced. The doctor refused to even examine the injury and would not take an X-ray. Dr.Micheal Jorde became irate when we requested an X-ray as he thought we would be better serviced in an emergency room , even after us explaining we had no insurance and how much debt that would put us in. He took much of what we said of the injury completely out of context and suggested we receive an MRI which is an outrageous jump to conclusions without even so much as a physical examination. I'm absolutely appalled at the service we received from Dr.Micheal Jorde and HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere for care. I would have left zero stars but it didn't allow that.
