        I'm very pleased with this bank. They are all so friendly and I have never had any issues or problems with them making any errors or mistakes (unlike the worst bank TriCounties!)

        If your ideal banking experience is not to ask an older woman to perform a very basic function of her position as a bank teller, only for her to get immediately overwhelmed and flustered, then ask for help from her co-workers, who also immediately get overwhelmed and flustered, and then for them to tell you they cannot help you while also acting like your presence is the most inconvenient thing in the world to them, then this is not the branch for you.

        It is truly disappointing that we are not getting support or friendly customer service from this bank. We are in Redding owning a small business. We felt somewhat but we really saw how rude the bank staff was during the COVID-19. We are planning to change our business banking shortly.
