One of the emt's, I believe his name was Steve, was very rude to my terminally ill daughter. I would not refer this company to anyone.

The two guys that came to my house to help my girlfriend that was having chest pain and a hard time breathing already a hard situation. One of them was very rude and pushy telling her if she did not take off her rob they were going to leave with out her. He proceeded to keep getting ruder she had to walk outside on. Her own already having problems with her breathing and her leg was swollen and hurting her. And this rude mother told her that she would have to take her slippers off. I now they have to do there job and get the people to the hospital as fast as possible but to be rude and totally disrespectful and no compassion once so ever. This man dose not need to be working with the public at all. Making a horrible situation even worse to good when people are scared already this man needs to lose his job that final

I wish I could give 0 stars!!! Just to list a few experiences of mine and some of my clients. Was having gallbladder issues extremely nauseous the ems worker said dont cough on her she doesnt want what I have. My client had a umbilical hernia the ems told them they have to walk to the ambulance even down some stairs, the ems did not even assist nor get in front of them while going down stairs just followed behind them and even made them climb into the ambulance onto the gurney while they stood there! My advice do any and everything you can to make it to a car and get yourself to a hospital definitely not worth 3000 to 5000 to be treated with no compassion, bedside manners and be disrespected!!!

The ambulance service was used twice in the last month. They were exceptional in a difficult situation. I needed care at the hospital, but was unable to walk out of my house. Thank you for your service. It was a gentleman and woman who came to help both times.

Whoever was the man and a woman who let that man talk to me like he did that picked me up and took me to the hospital was rude, mean and no care for someone that doesn't know what is going on with their health does not deserve to be in the position he is in. I feel for the people that have to listen to him and I hope he doesn't work there anymore. It's left a permanent scare they are not getting any more Money from me. I should of made a complaint a long time ago.
