Aah Zone Heating & Air - Redding HVAC

After a year and 2 visits from Morrow heat and air without fixing the issue my warranty company sent me Ahh Zone Heat&Air. Will was very professional and checked inside, outside and in the attic. He was about the change the thermostat when he took one more look at my indoor system and determined the top had opened up and was blowing air into the attic. He sealed it up and replaced the old thermostat now I have cool air blowing through my vents and my thermostat is reading correctly (not jumping up 1 degree when turned on). Highly recommend for your AC and Heat needs!

Bill and his crew to sum it up in one word, “Aah-mazing”. Middle of summer, 110 plus degrees out, they were on the job within hours to do a whole house HVAC replacement when it was needed the most.

It was an incredibly bad experience. My home warranty company sent them out to assess a problem with my A/C. They came out and told me they could do the repair within the next three or four days and the repair would only take about one hour. Two weeks later and they will not return any calls. So I understand this industry can be impacted during the Summer but to be totally ignored does not sit well with me and now I am back at square one with the repair. It was a really really bad experience.

Absolute bad business practices! They’re employees broke something of mine and I have been trying to contact them for months to get them to fix the issue and reimburse me. They owe me money and continue to put me off and ignore me. If the problem persists I will be taking legal action and contacting the better business bureau. I am done being nice and patient about this. It’s ridiculous that I have waited 6 months already for this problem to be fixed. I work for a small company and know what quality customer service should look like. They don’t do it. Do not use this company! They are already hurting financially and will cut corners and rip off their customers. That coming from their employees.

These guys are AWESOME!!!! Came out and replaced my unit on the roof in one day.. even working in the rain.. Very prompt on their appointments, and if they are running late they call you instead of leaving you hanging... I would highly recommend them highly..
